This report summarises the results of financial statement audits
of the 388 State entities with 30 June 2007 balance dates, and the
status of audits previously reported as incomplete.
The objective of the report is to bring together
the results of these financial statement audits and, by doing so,
provide Parliament with assurance regarding the overall level of
accountability of these entities while also informing the ongoing
improvement of the financial administration and reporting
process.
