IMPACT 2026

VAGO will host the next International Meeting of Performance Audit Critical Thinkers (IMPACT) in Melbourne from 4–5 November 2026, bringing together the global performance auditing community for 2 days of insight, collaboration and exchange. 

The theme for IMPACT 2026 is Reimagining performance audit. Attendees will explore new perspectives, methods and opportunities shaping the future of performance audit.

Sponsored by the Australasian Council of Auditors-General (ACAG), the conference will also include the announcement of the winners of this year’s ACAG Performance Audit Awards.
