This Report discusses various matters concerning the administration of grants and subsidies to non-government organisations at a central agency and departmental level.

The principal objective of the audit review of the international student programs was to examine practices and procedures within a selected number of universities in order to determine whether the programs had been managed in an economic and efficient manner.
